Before Mogul, there was Shuga Mama.
Mogul Home + Body began long before it had a business name. It began with a grandmother.
Known lovingly as Shuga Mama, she introduced a young Jessica to the practice of making oils, soaps and body treatments at home.
Jessica was born with severe eczema, making ingredients and personal care more than an abstract conversation. Understanding what went onto the body became part of everyday life.
She taught me how to make it.
